ONE-CLICK PHYSICIAN’S SERVICES AT THE PATIENT’S LOCATION

The SOS Doctor App uses GPS-based geolocalization technology to connect registered patients with registered medical providers via an App on their mobile devices and tablets. Patients are matched with board-certified MDs, DOs, NPs and PAs for almost immediate service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with a response time of less than five minutes from the time a patient requests a house call through the App to the time the provider responds with an ETA. SOS Doctor is easy to use and seamless. You can even schedule and pay for a visit for someone else through the App on your device, such as family members at their location if different from yours. Just enter the person’s info, including their phone number and their location address. Versions of the App are available for iOS or Android mobile devices.

 

SECURE FINANCIAL TRANSACTION

The App takes the patient’s payment information during registration, a one-time process, and securely makes the financial transaction.

 

CUSTOMER and ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE

Available to doctors and patients, for any technical or administrative information from 9 am to 5 pm pacific time.

FEES:

Visit by an MD or a DO: The Fee ranges from $400 up to $500

Visit by an NP or a PA: The Fee ranges from $350 up to $450

For all “after hour visits” from 10pm to 7am, the provider’s Fee may increase up to 100%.

Skype call or phone call consultation are $100 to $150, and only available from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm

*Note: Be sure to ask the provider after the visit for a superbill. Medical House Calls can be billed to most PPO insurances and may either be used against your deductible, or reimbursed at a variable rate based upon your insurance plan.

 

INFORMATION ON HOUSE CALLS & INSURANCE

At the end of the visit, the medical practitioner will provide the patient with a superbill, which they can submit to their insurance company for evaluation of full or partial reimbursement, if covered by their insurance policy. We recommend that you check with your insurance company to see if visits are covered by your plan prior to requesting a medical house call visit. Please note that several PPO insurance plans have a billing code for Medical house calls, referred to as a CPT Code. House calls are often considered to be “out of network” services by most insurance except for Medicare if the Doctor is a Medicare Provider. It is the user’s responsibility to check with his/her health insurance carrier regarding their eligibility.
