THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, ALONG WITH ANY OTHER POLICIES OR GUIDELINES POSTED ON THIS WEB SITE, SHALL GOVERN YOUR USE OF THIS SITE. BY USING THIS SITE AND/OR BOOKING A MEDICAL SERVICE PROVIDER ON THIS SITE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING A DOCTOR.
1. BOOKING AND FEE PER VISIT.
Booking your doctor is done in just a few easy steps:
1/ When you open and Login to the App, you are instantly Geo-localize and prompted to confirm your current address and to request a provider
2/ You will be able to choose from a list of symptoms and add additional information if necessary
3/ You will confirm the request by pushing the “Book the Provider”button.
4/ Once aProvider has replied and you have agreed to his/her conditions (Fee and ETA) , you will be able to be in contact with the him/her via sms or telephone call.
5/ The fee for the visit is at the provider’s discretion and based on the specialty you selected, the time of request and your location. Once you have agreed to the fee and confirmed, the amount will be put on hold until the visit is completed. Payment will be finalised after completion.
2. REFUND POLICY
– Cancelation is only possible before you confirm and accept the fee and the provider.
– In case of a “No Show” from the provider or an issue with the service that was provided, you may send us an email at email@example.com describing your issue which will be investigated. You we will receive a response back within 12 to 24 hours. If this issue is verified in your favor, you will be refunded 100% back to your credit card.
– If you are not at the location where the booking was ordered or the provider cannot be let into your home or office or unable to reach you on the phone, the charge will remain.
3. ORDER CONFIRMATION AND PROCESSING
Immediately after the visit has been completed, you will receive a “Thank You Receipt” with the amount that was charged. That receipt comes with a 5 stars rating option.
